Doors will open at about 7:30am. Games are 16 minute running time halves. Clock will not stop. No timeouts. 5 minute halftime. No overtime. Please be consistent with this to keep games on schedule.
Coaches are encouraged to be on the court instructing. The focus is on learning rather than winning or losing. EGFYBA teams will play equal playing time. The expectation for coaches and fans are to coach and cheer on the kids and not to comment on officiating.
Bring your own warm-up basketballs.
Senior High - use north gym entrance.
South Point and New Heights - use north entrance near flagpole.
Custodians will be working at the high school. Custodians will not be working at NH or SP. Please help clean and teach the kids to clean up around the benches. There is no charge for admission and to keep it this way we all need to contribute.
Was on Monday, November 28. Due to an increase in registrations we are short uniforms. The few remaining we have will be available first come, first serve Saturday, Dec. 3 between 8:00am-9 at the high school north door. More are on order but will not be here before the end of season 1. Those not receiving a uniform will be given a green and white reversible.

Games for grades 3-6 will be on Saturdays. The schedule generally won't be available until the Wednesday of the same week, as soon as we are able to confirm teams participating from area schools. Saturday games dates include Dec. 3, 10, 17, Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28. This is the end of season 1.
Grades 1 and 2 will have 3 on 3 scrimmages in-house on Saturdays at New Heights. Jan. 28 is the final date for grades 1 and 2.

In order to do so, images and videos of our athletes may be posted to further the mission of EGF YBA. If, as a parent/guardian, you do not wish to include your child(ren) in having their picture posted online, please send a message to us or any other board member by Dec. 1st.
